Notes:

• If a swimmer swims in a meet and is not registered, the club must pay a fine of $100 per swimmer.
• If a club enters in a meet and is not registered, the club is fined $100 and the swimmers will be listed as unattached.
• Coaches not registered cannot coach and are barred from the deck.
• Officials must be registered to officiate.
